In terms of compatibility with your laptop, yes that memory stick is compatible.
The problem is that it does not match the currently installed RAM (the Micron stick). It would thecnically work, but not on it's full potential. The frequencies are the same but the timings are not (9-9-9-28 for the G. Skill vs. 11-11-11-27 for the Micron). The lower the latency, the better.
If you want to have 16GB of RAM I would suggest either getting 2 of those 8GB G.Skill sticks or one of the exact same model as the one you currently have.

ok, thanks for your reply.
I also have another option.
This one: http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-value-select-low-voltage-series-ddr3-8-gb-laptop-cmso8gx3m1c1600c11/p/itmdxt2gg6prdx5u?pid=RAMDXT2GTKHMQZPJ&ref=L%3A-7888137873245190888&srno=p_50&query=corsair&otracker=from-search

but there is no much difference between the price of both the sticks.
which one you prefer now ? Actually i want to use it with my existing stick.
Any other suggestion??

That corsair stick seems to be fully compatible with your current RAM stick.
I'd say you go for it.

Keep in mind that is highly advisable to have two identical RAM sticks in any system to perform to full potential and avoid any kind of issue. This does not mean it won't work, it most probably will, but there are reports of very weird compatibility issues between two specific ram sticks that just won't get along.
You have to ve very unlucky to experience such problems, so go on with this Corsair stick. That's my advice.
