[SOLVED] Connect macbook pro ssd drive with PCI x4 adapter to a PCI x16 port, problems with reading it!

Hi!
I had problems with coffee and my macbook pro 2015, I took out the ssd hard drive, bought a PCI x4 adapter, put it together and connect it to my computer PCI x16 slot.
I have windows server, but it doesn't recognize it...
Any help please¿?

Please list full system specifications.

What is the desktop OS? Windows?

Is the drive detected and properly identified in BIOS? Or just the OS can't see it?

What is the adapter make/ mode?

Thank you for your answers.
The system is Windows 10. The ssd card is hold on an adapter for PCI connection to the motherboard. The device is selected in BIOS but windows doesn't recognize it.
The ssd card is the samsung Mz-jpv1280

Windows not recognizing it can be due to missing or conflicing drive letter.

The different file system can sometimes throw Windows from assigning the drive a new letter.

Have you tried to see if the SSD is seen by Disk Management and giving it a different drive letter.

Finally I solved with Paragorn AFPS! I had a HFS reader but it doesn't recognize apples ssd. With Paragorn all solved
