Hi there
Apologies if posted in the incorrect section.
I have a hikvision CCTV system, with an NVR in the loft.. When it was installed the company connected the ethernet cable to a TP-Link WiFi extender.
Always found it hit and miss when it comes to loading, and sometimes just disconnects from the extender.
As I now have mesh wifi, I thought that it would be more stable and easier to plug the ethernet cable that was into the TP-Link WiFi extender into the mesh wifi node, however it doesn't seem to work.
Not sure if there's anything in doing wrong, I thought it would be quite straight forward, would rather make use of the mesh wifi if I can than keep using the WiFi extender if possible.
Cheers
