Connect PC to internet

hi,
I'm going to connect a PC to my neighbor's WiFi but the computer didn't give me the option what can i do since it's a school computer and I'm not supposed to add it take anything from it. I can't afford my own internet here in my rual town so an i screwed or can you help me?

Sorry but i am closing this thread as we will not assist you in bypassing the schools restrictions.
I suggest you ask your school's IT staff if what you want to do is allowed and then if it is, how to go about it.
It should be as simple as clicking on the wifi symbol down on the bottom rt (next to the date/time), clicking on the neighbors wifi, click connect, and input the password the neighbor gave you.
