Connect PC to TV across the room options?

I recently purchased a 4K TV that I have my PS4 Pro hooked up to. However, I also have a PC across the room as part of a setup with a desk, speakers, dual monitors (1080p) and headphones.

What I'd like to do is hook the PC up to the TV to see how well it could play and display games in 4K (as opposed to just supersampling them). But there's no way I can ideally put both the PC setup next to the TV, so I'm left exploring options.

Conceptually the simplest option would be to buy a really long HDMI 2.0 cable and run it around my bedroom so it isn't just lying there in the middle of my room on the floor. But I'm also wondering if there might be another option that doesn't involve routing a really long cable to the TV, or would that honestly be the best option?

You're going to need a sufficiently long display cable and that's about it short of disconnecting and relocating it when you want to use it with the TV.
