Question Connected device not showing up in DHCP client table and only receiving IPv6 address

I have a new tablet that is connected to my internet and it works fine, but any app that doesn't support IPv6 fails to connect. I noticed it doesn't have an IPv4 address, only IPv6. My DHCP client table doesn't show the device even when it's connected and loading webpages. I have a Linksys router, DHCP is enabled, there aren't many devices connected but all the other ones show up in the DHCP table. I'm completely stumped.

Some things I've tried:
Hard reset of the device
Renaming the device
Forgetting the network then reconnecting
Unplugging the router then plugging it back in
Verifying the DHCP range is okay

The device is an Onn tablet model number 100003562. The router is a Linksys AC1200 E5400
