I'm trying to connect my rgb case to my motherboard. The problem is that my case seems to have a 3 pin connection but my motherboard has a 4 pin RGB Header.I don't ave alot of experience building my PC but how do I get around this? I know about adapters but I dont know what to get and I don't even know the right terminology for the RGB wires and the header, I'm just hoping i'm understanding this right. In summary, what do I do to connect this case to my motherboard and if possible for the future, what do I call it? The input and the output for the RGB?

My Motherboard: Z370-PLUS Gaming LGA1151 (Intel 8th Gen) DDR4 HDMI DVI M.2 Z370 ATX Motherboard

My Case: Phanteks Eclipse P350X Compact EATX Mid-Tower Case PH-EC350PTG_DBK

Solution
Your motherboard lacks a compatible addressable header. It has some lighting but not that kind.

For example, Specifications for ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING have more than one:
1 x Aura Addressable Strip Header(s)
2 x Aura RGB Strip Header(s)

Your TUF Z370-PLUS GAMING has:
1 x Aura RGB Strip Header
