Connecting a Voip phone via ethernet to mifi

Hi - I am new to this forum.

I need to travel abroad and was hoping to get some kind of mifi to create a wireless network via 3G/4G, but more importantly so that I can run my Voip Phone off it (which needs to be connected via an ethernet port).

I have seen a devices with ethernet ports, but are they just for hooking the mifi up to a wired network? Do I need an extra device (eg. bridge) to hook up the Voip phone?

Your best bet is to get a travel router that can take USB 3g/4g dongles. You then can pretty much hook up anything to the router
