I'm trying to hook up my liquid cooling system to my motherboard, but I'm a little confused as to what fan headers I should be using for each part of the cooler.

I've got the radiator installed in the front of my case as intake, with the rear case fan as intake and the top two case fans as outtake, to hopefully achieve positive pressure.

Two questions:

1) My motherboard has CPU_FAN, CPU_OPT, and SYS_FAN3_PUMP, as well as a couple other fan headers for case fans. What header should the liquid cooling pump be on, and which header should the two radiator fans be on (they're attached to a splitter)?

2) Is having the rear fan AND the 2 front fans as intake going to mess up airflow, or should it be fine?

Solution
It's pretty obvious, Radiator fan(s) to CPU_FAN, CPU_OPT and pump to PUMP, just make sure to set PUMP header to no regulation in BIOS so it runs at full speed.
