I have the ROG STRIX Z370-E mobo in this build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3tzcWX. The mobo only has 2 places to connect case fans . Is there any way ,using the mobo's connectors, to connect the 2 fans that come whith the case and two https://www.bequiet.com/en/casefans/271 fans to the mobo, without using a splitter.(I have ordered a fan plitter from the shop, but it will take atleast a week to arrive).

FYI, OP, you actually have access to 6 fan headers:

2 @ top right next to the CPU socket.
2 @ the bottom of the left VRM heatsink.
1 on the far right next to the DIMM slots.
+
1 next to the FP connectors on the bottom right.

Thanks for answer. Is is it possible to connect the extra case fans to cpu_opt, aio_pump or m.2_fan header ?

If you look at the wiring diagram of the fan headers in the image you linked, they are all PWM fans. You can manage them within BIOS. Mind you what fans are we looking at here? If you've already ordered a fan splitter, might want to link that product here as well just to be sure.

The two extra fans that i need to connect is the be quiet's shadow wings https://www.bequiet.com/en/casefans/271. Thei are not PWM fans thei only connect to 3 pins. I got this fan splitter
