what is the difference between Dell SE monitor series and P series? Can I use them together for video editing?

No, not really. The only thing that you'll notice is the mouse going a bit farther up or down after the bezzles, because the other screen is a bit bigger. For looks, I'd get a 23.8" monitor, or even the same one you allready have.

But long story short: No, no problems bud.
