Connecting PC to HDMI gives no signal

So I got Samsung TV and a PC , I've recently bought an HDMI cable and connected it only HDMI and Keyboard + Mouse and the power cable in the PC and it powers up normally but Keyboard is not lighting up nor mouse having any laser at all, I've just added the HDMI from PC to Samsung TV and pressed on source > HDMI and says no signal check your cable...etc

I'm windows 7 btw, so what should I do or how to connect things successfully ?

Have you tried connecting your PC to another TV/monitor through HDMI? It could either be a problem with the PC, Cable or the TV. It's best to find out what the problem is before continuing.
