Connecting phone to wifi disconnects my computer

Recently I my computer kept losing connection to the internet, it would still be connected to the router, but there would be no internet. For some reason, it would fix itself if I rebooted, but after a few minutes of using the internet, it would disconnect again. This happened to some other computers in the house too. I thought it was weird that the internet was fine on my phone, so I decided to disconnect my phone from the wifi, then reboot my computer to see if it will disconnect it. Turns out that it worked, and the internet works fine on my computer, but if I connect my phone, after a few moments it disconnects my computer. I have good internet speed, fibre 37mb down and 2mb up, therefore it's definitely not the speed. I also restarted the router many times but it didn't fix anything. Sometimes, some devices can't get internet connection at all, but can connect to the router. If it's relevant, my phone is an iPhone 5s, but I don't think it is the phone's fault. It's as if the router only wants to give internet to certain devices, and when it sees a preferred device, it kicks out the other device. If anyone has any idea what it could be, please help. Thank you

Most of the time fiber connections have download and upload parity. So if you are paying for 50Mb down, you usually get 50Mb up as well. Have you tried using another router to see if the problems exist even when you take the router out of the equation?

Hi, the upload speed and the download speeds are fine, because those are the speeds I am supposed to get. I could have had upload parity, but it would have cost more. I haven't tried another router and unfortunately I dont have one. This only started to happen yesterday, but I have had fibre for almost a month. Could it be something to do with the house cabling/socket faults? I have always had ping spike issues, even way before I got fibre, on different routers too.

I am not sure, there aren't any computers connected via ethernet, just wifi. Thanks

The router is downstairs, and there is one person using a laptop always downstairs and their computer doesn't get disconnected. There are two people using computers upstairs, one of them are me. The other person gets disconnected sometimes, while I get disconnected when I connect my phone to wifi. The signal upstairs is good, pretty much full strength all the time.

I don't think anything is using a static ip, but I dont know how to check.

EDIT: I now got disconnected again, without my phone connected to the wifi, so something else is possibly causing this.

It worked for maybe 2 hours without my phone connected, but a few minutes ago I got disconnected even though my phone wasn't on wifi. I had to reboot again to get my internet back. I am sure it's not my wireless adapter as it has always worked, and this happens on other devices.

When my computer disconnected minutes ago, the other computer upstairs stayed connected.

TalkTalk HG633 Super Router is my router, I got it from my ISP.

I'm also having exact problem. However I've two laptops, one hp and another acer. No problem ever with acer, but when my phone is connected to wifi, hp laptop gets disconnected in every 5mins. I don't think there is a problem with distance to router or number of devices. I think there is some problem with frequency settings on router. I haven't tried it yet.
