Connecting power to mobo

Solution
Your CPU and motherboard have thermal sensors, so fan speed will be raised or lowered depending on the temperature reported on those sensors.
The CORSAIR Commander PRO is a hardware device to connect fans and RGB devices. You could use the Corsair LINK app to control RGB lighting and fan speeds.
The MSI Command Center is an app available from MSI website to control fan speeds and provide info about your system.

can you answer one more question for me, so the problem I just told you was my friend’s pc. now when I was building, I used a z390-e geil super luce rgb 2x8 gb and one ram stick is not working. I place the sticks 2 and 4 since the cpu cooler is blocking the #1 slot is there an incompatibility? rog strix z390-e*

my motherboard came with a bunch of other screws am I supposed to use any? While installing the motherboard, I used the screws that came with my case and they were small and were like 10+ of them. In the middle of the mobo, one screws seemed to be screwed from the back in the case but I left it. I installed the mobo with 7 screws leaving the one on the top left since it was unreachable. I did not use any other screws for the mobo. I have the nzxt h500

does the h500 have stand offs installed? It came with one standoff but i think that is like spare

I think it comes with standoffs for ATX motherboard already installed.
If you have another motherboard size them place the standoff according the holes on the motherboard.
If you look at a case you will be able to see if they're installed.
If they are not installed, then they should be included with the case.

i have an atx mobo and I only got one standoff with the case so I am assuming it is a spare one. i installed the mobo already and it seems like it does not have contact with the steel or whatever so that is good. can i see if they are installed from the back?

and I think I said this earlier before, one screw can’t be placed on the very middle screwing hole and idk if that is supposed to happen
