connecting retron 5 hdmi console to PC to stream on twitch

hi, im wondering how I can connect my retron 5 console to either my pc or xbox one so I can then stream my old games via twitch? the retron 5 console is a multi format cart loading console with an HDMI output that upsacles the image for new tvs. thanks,

I would suggest using a streaming device like the Elgato Game Capture or something in that nature and run it through your PC.
