Connecting router to my dgnd3700

hi all , im new to all this networking so i would like some help if anyone can , i am running a dgnd 3700 for my desk top now i got a roku LT off a mate
and i want to stream US tv in Australia , now i can,t flash my dgnd so i got hold of a wrt54gl v1.1 router flashed dd wrt , now i want to connect it to my modem router .
i need step by step help 1st to configure my dgnd setting and 2nd to add (hide my ass vpn to the wrt54gl ) i only want the roku to run off the wrt54gl
and every thing else stay running off my dgnd . i have awesome speed im only 1000mtrs of line from my exchange ,Data: 17 MB
Test Time: 10.01 secs

my line speed is 14.33 Mbps (14333 kbps).
my download speed is 1.75 MB/s (1792 KB/s) .
please can some help me?

if I remember right, assigning a Static IP to the Linksys and placing that IP into the DMZ of the Netgear should do the trick.

then all you have to do is configure the VPN on the Linksys
