Hello friends, as seen in the topic title, I installed my CPU fan in the CHA_FAN section on the motherboard. Since they are both 4 pins, I didn't pay attention, they are both in the same mode, I put them in performance mode, will it cause any problems?

The motherboard controls the speed of the CHA_FAN according to the temperature inside the case, and the speed of the CPU_FAN according to the temperature of the CPU. If you leave it as it is the motherboard won't be able to increase the speed of the CPU cooler fan in response to an increase in CPU temperature and the CPU could end up throttling (slowing itself down because it's too hot).
