I want to connect my Xbox One with my Compaq B191 18.5inch display, so which HDMI to VGA adapter should I choose and how to deal with audio?

There are adapters that come with audio, it will essentially split the audio to a 3.5mm jack. There are many available. Look on ebay or amazon at the ones with the best ratings
