Question Connection issues with Asus Zenwifi AX

So I have recently upgraded from an Asus RT-N66U router to the new and shiny Asus ZenWifi AX configured as AiMesh.
New router placement is the same as previous.
I have separate SSIDs for 2.4G and 5G-1, while 5G-2 (hidden SSID) is used for backhaul (i heard that I am supposed to benefit from this "backhaul" since my node is connected wirelessly).
All wired devices have no issues (duh). I have 100Mbps fiber internet, so internet speed probably wont be the issue, as speed tests have given me similar speed results.

My issue here is that occasionally my fire TV (netflix & youtube) will either take forever to load, or will play media in low resolution. I have not had this issue before with my old router. My Macbook Air (2011) and Huawei P20 Pro does not see my 5Ghz wifi (2.4 GHZ connects perfectly tho, and it does see my neighbor's 5G wifi), and my iPod touch (5th gen i think) sees the 5Ghz wifi, however insists that my wifi password is incorrect (yes, I am positive that the password is correct). These three devices connected with no issue prior the router upgrade.

I have tried resetting and restoring my devices (router included), but nothing works.
Does it make sense to match the 5Ghz-2 settings with the 5Ghz-1 settings? Maybe SSID is too long or something? Although I don't think this will affect anything...

I have attached some screenshots of my basic wifi settings. Wifi password for 2.4G and 5G are the same, SSID is different. All the settings were originally set to Auto when the issues occurred. I played around with some settings like setting the channel, but it doesn't seem to solve my problems.

I hope I haven't made this too complicated, I know little about networking. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

The thing with antenna's and broadcast frequencies is to keep each channel as their own, I wouldn't fold the same settings of 1 and 2 for the 5GHz antenna.

Which firmware version are you currently on?
Thanks for the reply, I will leave the settings for 5ghz-2 as it is. Firmware for both is 3.0.0.4.386_25524, this should be the most update version.

Hello good afternoon.

I bought 3 asus zen wifi xt8 router to work as Access points in mesh system in the house.
I have the main router/modem from ISP connected to a switch and I connected 3 Zen wifi routers to the switch through wall in each floor, as explained in the link below in Scenario 3, that is, the main module connected to the switch on lan1 and the other 2 connected to the switch on the wan port.

https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1044151/
Scenario 3: Using AiMesh or ZenWiFi with network switch. And using Main AiMesh router as AP mode (Bridge mode).

What happens is that I can only connect via WIFI with one device. If connecting another device always gives an error and I have tried with many. I can connect by cable on several different devices (computers) directly to the main XT8 module that is connected to the switch so I think this is not a DHCP problem with the ISP router because assigns IP to the two cable-connected devices.
The problem is that I can't connect via wifi.

Whay I am doing wrong? I did what asus told in that support page. Can you advice me other layout?
I appreciate all possible help. Thank you very much

When doing a router upgrade and using the same SSID. Some devices will work just fine, but I've had some smartphones and other clients require me to "Forget" or delete the wifi network, then re-add it again typing in the wifi password. Resetting the client didn't work, you have to set up the wifi like a new hotspot in the phone.
