Me and my roomate have one router. We have 2 pcs. When we play games together he always has lower ping than me. How can this happen? One router, my pc is connected to ethe port #1 and his on #2.
In Rocket League for example, on European servers he has 62-68 and I have 84-92 with some spikes.

32 ms(mine), 32 ms(his)
(sorry for the late response)

OK, so that tells me that your actual internet ping is pretty much the same.
You're getting issues when it comes to gaming only then.

That is weird... Your PC is faster but you get higher ping... What would cause that?
Background downloads is the only logical answer. Do you use steam? Steam workshop will download things while you're gaming... any updates, torrents, anything going on like that?

Nope, no 3rd party programms running on background, no updates. This happens on daily basis for a couple of weeks now since the windows 10 latest update. Also if that helps to find an answer, when I restart the router while my Pc is on, it cant recconect to the internet but my roomates pc, does.
