Connection problem on Windows 10

Hey everyone ..
So today I decided to do the click on the fresh start button and I knew what was going to happen . But after , I booted up in Windows but it only gave me the option of Ethernet, and when I checked the device manger , my wifi card didn't show up

Fresh start merely preserves your files and setting so you need to download and install all your drivers now.
