Conquer online 2.0 net dragon

i spent lot's of money over the years on this Conquer online game..
When i try to login it say [Quote it's to crowded inside, please try again later*1Quote] it is not to crowded it says this on every server i try to login, I can go over to my friends house and login just fine..
I looked at event log it says,

can anybody help what is causing this game to hang.

Have you tried the game's tech support site? What do they have to say?
When you go to your friend's house, are you logging in using their system or yours?

still talking to them customer services says it is my computer, i don't see how it is because i can login to all other games including 3rd party conquer. i ran several anti virus scanners did chkdsk /f and /r just fine found no problems.. i use my friends computer, i use a tower so it does not going anywhere. lastnight uninstalled game for like the 5th time deleted the main folder for fresh install still get same msg i did a compatibility test and it say game is not compatible with my windows. i even put in the wrong password just to see what happens results login does not even make to server i did not get a wrong password error. i tried playing another conquer, true conquer it is same game just not as up to date i login in fine..

If you can log in to your account at your friends house, then it's an issue with either your internet provider, your computer, or your IP address has been banned from the site.

not ban it would tell me if i was ban and they have no reason to ban the acct, also i would basically have to hack the server to be ban, the game staff will put accts in bot jail is u cheat and that cost real money to buy dragon balls to get out...
not my internet i do not have a problem with any other game or website.. it is just conquer online login and there website..
When i try to browse there website most time i get this msg ""website (co.99.com) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts"" what does this mean?????

It's like there server is having problems allowing my IP address to connect with that server, just a thought..

As u can see my previous post speedtest /ping images results is "A quality and Grade B" ping test has 0 packet loss. so i doubt it is my internet..

I even downloaded Xirrus dBm is 60 and green color i ran all the Xirrus test all was good.

I did chkdsk scans/virus scans there was no problems.

I installed the conquer game on another computer in the house and i get the same login problem so this tells me it is not my PC which i knew this already.

here is the problem i was looking in the folder where the game was in installed i seen Debug folder i opened the fold there is a log it says this,, (ERROR: file ini/promotion_activity.dat not found at e:\cq2client\cq2client-78.6\basecode\myencryptfile.cpp, 43 -- Wed Nov 18 09:22:53 2015). what does this mean?

Go to your friend's house and see if they have the same error message on their system. I still suspect something like an IP ban. Have you tried running through a proxy server for testing purposes?

i was not ban i have gave conquer support the error file they will give it to techs so tech supposed to fix problem,, also support told me to download WTFast try using that program see if you can login, it worked which i am glade i can login now but i want my ip allowed to connect hopefully it will not take that long to get it fixed. most conquer online staff and 3 other tech sites was saying it was my PC i knew it was not my computer and i was not ban either.. it's all on server side support told me to start CMD and tracert something something i gave them the tracert results.the server was not communicating with my ip address idk why.

PS im not sure how or what to do using a proxy server..
