conquer stop for 1 or 2 sec

hi i have DELL T5500 56g ram - 2 cpu 2.27GHZ - I GOT nvidia geforce gtx 1050 ti 4gb GPU - then i formatted the hard disk and downloaded the game on the blank disk and connect and it stop for 1 : 2 sec - i was have this same problem before -
