Hi, I want to start live streaming gaming (fortnite, rocket league, etc.) however currently only have a Mac, which obviously can't handle it. I honestly know nothing about PC's so wouldn't know where to start building one. Does anyone know of any pre-built PC's that could handle this, or guide me towards the parts I need in order to build one. Thanks.

Thank you for your suggestions, will the performance be affected if I get a DDR4-2400 compared to 3000/3200? Is there any other monitors that I could save money on or do you think 144hz is best? Ideally I would rather have the 2600X than 2600 as I'm not interested in overclocking and I believe it performs better?

I saw someone streaming with i7 6700, 32GB, 1080 the other day and the performance wasn't too bad, would the cheap version perform similar to this?

On an Intel platform, the difference between 2400 and 3000+MHz is a negligible impact, so makes sense to save or repurpose the funds.

On the AMD side of things, there's a very noticeable difference.

The 2600X gets you a bit further forward on clocks out of the box, but they should both be completely fit for purpose.

The 6700 + 1080 is an interesting pairing for streaming but, at the time the 6700 launched, it was really the best you could do in the true consumer space. I would expect even the "cheap" rig to at least match, but likely better it for gaming + streaming.

Another streamer had i7-7700 CPU, a GTX 1060 6GB GPU, and 16GB of RAM, how does this compare? Sorry I'm asking so many questions, just want to make sure I get it right.

Would you go for the 144hz monitor as well?

The 2600x is perfectly capable for your needs. I was just showing that you could easily fit in a 2700x in your budget. Yes there will be times when the extra threads would be wasted, but then again you'll appreciate having them when you do need them. Plus the 2700x would likely be relevant for much longer.

I would rather game at 100-120hz 1080p than 50-60hz 1440p

I agree, but I went with the 2600 over the 8400 in my "cheaper" build since they're the same price, and are nearly the same power level, but the 2600 has twice as many threads.

Thank you. Would you go for the 1070 instead of 1070ti?

Do you have any opinions on this:

Do I need the extra fans as this case comes with them?
Also, the 650W is only £4 more expensive, would you get this instead?

Thanks, you're sure it's going to be able to handle streaming/recording for a couple of years? Do you have an opinion on the 1070ti as I can't find any reviews on it and do you think 1tb will be enough?

Also, would you rather get this bundle: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/cooler-master-devastator-iii-combo-gaming-bundle-7-colour-led-backlighting-uk-layout-kb-03r-cm.html

Or this keyboard: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Keyboard-Anti-Ghosting-Computer-Ergonomic-Water-Resistant-Black-26-Non-Conflict-Keys/dp/B076HKQ5W3/ref=sr_1_9?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1530803182&sr=1-9&keywords=gaming+keyboard

I'm sorry I keep asking questions, I just want to make sure I get the best for my budget.

Which video card would you pick?
1) Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Ti WINDFORCE 8GB
2) EVGA - GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8GB SC GAMING ACX 3.0 Black Edition Video Card
3) KFA2 - GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8GB EX Video Card

Also, for RAM which one would you get?
1) ADATA - XPG Z1 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
2) Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
