[SOLVED] Considering this PC, need second opinion.

If you're after "bang for your buck", then you should be looking at either buying the parts yourself and assembling the PC, or buying off the used market.
I would not recommend buying a prebuilt system.

There are some prebuilt systems worth buying, the problem is, they are not less expensive than doing it yourself nor are they less expensive than, well, just about any other option. These companies that offer prebuilt systems for less than you can build them for, really are NOT doing that. You're going to get the cheapest, low quality power supply they can get away with and still allow the system to run, for a minute anyhow (Unless you also PAY for an upgrade of the power supply and even then the upgrades offered are usually overpriced and not particularly good). You'll also usually get a very low quality motherboard, low speed, low quality memory, a graphics card that is what it's advertised to be but is usually not one of the better cards in that tier and on top of it all you are very likely to have problems with poor installation of the hardware and software and then when you try to address that with the company you're probably going to find that they are not particularly willing to work with you if they even respond to you at all.

If you want to avoid those things, and not have to assemble it yourself, then you WILL pay a premium for a "good" prebuilt system and the support that comes with it.
