Console HDD in PC

My current HD : Samsung HD 501LJ is from 2008. and doesnt load BF4 maps fast. it takes 1-4 minutes

im not planning to buy an ssd but my friend has an broken xbox 360. and he might can give me or sell me his HDD inside it

but is the HDD inside the Xbox360 better than my Samsung HD501LJ ?

The next question is : Is it even possible to use a Xbox 360 HDD in a PC ?

NO. Its a 5400 RPM Laptop drive. Now will this drive work? Yes. Will it be faster. Doubt it.

Better off buying a new hard drive/SSD

only a SSD will load games noticeable faster.

For xbox, i don't see why you just couldn't do a full format to the disk, but here is a link.

Is it worth it to put bf4 on a 360hdd?
