Constant Blue Screen and Freezes

I am getting random Blue screens and Freezing(the freezing just started happening). This is a new computer(had it for almost 2 months)(self-built). I originally thought it was because i overclocked my processor, but it has never crashed or froze in-game, only while browsing the internet, using simple apps, or its just idling. I under clocked it a bit to see if it made a difference, it didn't. Could someone please tell me what the hecks wrong with my computer.

Drivers: all up to date(including windows)
GPU: GTX 770 (2gb)
CPU: FX-8350 (OC 5.2ghz)
Cooler: H100i
Ram: 8gb 1600
OS: windows 7 64bit (pro)

you can try running chkdsk. If your PC is booting up, into safe mode or normal and your able to keep it running for at least a couple minutes, go to the computer in windows explorer and left click the hard drive you have windows on, then right click it and hit properties. Then go to tools and there should be a button that says something about checking the drive for errors. Click that, select both check boxes, and schedule a chkdsk. Reboot and let it run. That will probably clean up the issue, but it can take a long time (1-7 hours). It will take awhile but that has worked for me when I got a BSOD.

If that does not work, it is probably a PSU problem. If you have only had your PC for two months your probably still under warranty so you can send it back to the manufacturer and get a new one.

Chkdsk didn't work, still crashs. Also why do you think that its my PSU?

It can be PSU if it cannot sustain the wattage needed. You should always give info in the PSU in the build.
Return to stock speed on the cpu and see if the problems still persists.
It also can be a corrupt OS so reinstall the OS is one solution.

Its not the psu. Most likely ram issue. First thing you need to do is reseat ram. Open the brackets until the ram pops out, then switch the modules and push them in until the brackets click on their own. Also try other slots.

Alo reseat GPU and make sure the motherboard isn't touching the back of the case causing it short circuit (like a misplaced standoff).

I don't think it's related to a disk problem; however, more information could help us to provide a better solution for blue screen can be caused by a variety of problems. - I would suggest to reverse all the clocks to normal.
A hardware issue can cause this such as the -Rams; try changing the positions
-Do a stress test for the GPU and try to see if it will give you a blue screen,
-Open your case and ensure that there is no contact between motherboard and the case, ensure all components are fixed and not loose.
To give you more answers you can tell us if:
What happens during stress test,
What happens if you leave your computer idle,
What happens while you play a game,
Temps of the PC both GPU and CPU,
Checkdisk : any errors
Your PSU power 600W 700W?
