Three things:

  1. What are your temperatures when this is happening?
  2. Try running each stick of memory individually.
  3. That system deserves better than the Gamdias power supply, swap that out either way if you can.
  1. 40 °C.
  2. I tried every part, when i return to my old motherboard and CPU everything is normal again.
  3. Yeah i know it's a weird PSU but I don't think it's because of the power every part gets enough of it.
