Hi everyone.

So the PC at my work has been crashing constantly with an endless amount of BSOD messages, and I’ve been asked to try fix it.

Any form of booting, safe mode, etc all causes the same issue. So I ultimately decided to just reinstall windows fresh and clear the entire PC.

I first tried to install a windows 10 iso on a USB and reinstall that way. But eventually down the line it blue screened again.

I decided recently to buy a windows 10 install disc and go down that route. I changed my boot options to boot from the disc, started the install to my HDD but when the system goes to restart it blue screens again. I then deleted the partitions thinking maybe it having any access to previous drivers could cause the issue, but it still continued to BSOD.

I thought maybe when it was rebooting after the install it was attempting to boot from the older version of windows. So from the BIOS I disabled any other way booting except the install disc. But still, when it starts it blue screens.

I can provide some of the messages when the crash happens if needed but there are so many different ones. Reading about the crashes it seems to be a driver issue somewhere.

I’ve also removed and reinstalled the RAM cards as I read it may be an issue there.

Please feel free to ask any questions if needed!

Thanks in advance!

Hi. There’s been quite a few BSOD messages, I’ll try list most;
Kernel security check failure
Page fault in non-paged area
Critical process died
APC index mismatch
Registry filter file exception
Invalid push-lock flags
And many more that I’ll post if they reoccur.

Concerning the hardware;
Intel core i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40ghz
2x 4gb DDR4 Corsair 2133mhz
I’m not sure if I can find out what the GPU is through BIOS, as I can’t access the PC?

Thanks!
