Hello and happy Sunday!

I am at wits end trying to troubleshoot this. I have uploaded and uninstalled more drivers than I could count. I believe it may be just a hardware issue but honestly I have no idea. My PC is a custom built one from the ground up with all parts being purchased on-line or in store - PC Specs:

i9 9990k 4.2 ghz
Asus PRIME Z390-A
nVidia GeForce 2070 RTX
nVidia GeForce 1060
Corsair RAM 16 GB (4 x 4)
Razer Black Widow Ultimate
Corsair Glaive RGB Mouse
6 monitors (4 Acers 2 AOC)
6 Internal Hard Drives
1 USB Hub pluged into USB 3.0 port
1 USB Hub plugged into USB Type-C port

The issue has been off / on for the past handful of months. Sometimes it can go a week or so without any issues then one small config and it goes back to crashing.

I have provided the latest minidumps - if anyone can take a look through them and give me an idea it would be truly appreciated!

Was having some issues trying to review the minidumps so this was all I could find. Please let me know if more information is needed!

Thanks!

Appears to be a USB device again, crash mentions USBSTOR which is the Microsoft USB Mass storage driver. - http://batcmd.com/windows/10/services/usbstor/

i assume this is for connecting a Samsung mobile?

File Axe asked of you will show him more and he might be able to tell you which device it is.

I do have a Samsung Note 10 but do not really connect it or use it directly via USB through my computer. I am using Windows "MyPhone" app which allows communication between my Note10 and my PC (Wireless).

Axe, you might know answer to this. I seem to be finding this on a few WHEA errors, when i look at them in sysinfo.

is it just a coincidence that Originwebhelper is crashing at exact same time as WHEA happens? This isn't the only case I have where a WHEA occurs and exact same time Origin is crashing. Just not sure if I am reading more into it than I should.

DPC error on 4th mentions USBaudio type 1 - Corsair HS70 Wireless gaming headset (based on it being only device using that driver)

Interesting analysis - I do have Origin (if we are talking about the platform that launches EA games) and I try not to let it run in the background but I can see if uninstalling it helps?

As far as the Corsair wireless headset - would it be better to switch the USB port that is currently housing the wireless USB receiver? Curious issues to say the least.

leave origin, it might just be a victim. I want to know what axe thinks first.

This appears to be the drivers for the headset -
Sep 24 2019CorsairGamingAudio64.sysCorsair Gaming Audio 64-bit driver
it is part of Icue. Do you have latest version?

do what axe suggests, I am just helping :)

only do next parts if Icue doesn't fix.

there is a newer bios version to the one you are on, it could help as they often fix issues - https://www.asus.com/au/Motherboards/PRIME-Z390-A/HelpDesk_BIOS/

the firmware update may also help. https://www.asus.com/au/Motherboards/PRIME-Z390-A/HelpDesk_Download/

USB is handled by windows and motherboard, so updating motherboard might help. As might updating Icue.

Although it's quite general that minidumps have limited data, with 0x124 one commonly can look a little into WHEA structures but not much further, so it's hard to say.

@altafullahu, I would recommend getting rid of IObit software. In general, the quality of their software is to be questioned and mostly really useless.

Thanks for the suggestion, will begin removing their products. The only one I really like is the uninstaller since it does a deep uninstall and I don't know if there are any other better applications to do something like that but I will see the results of uninstalling and will hopefully be able to tell if that made a difference or not.

@Colif - let me take a look at the iCue stuff and see what I can do with that. It usually autoupdates but maybe there is a newer version manually - as far as the other updates I will look into doing those today.

Will report back with any developments - let me know if anyone else can find anything!

thanks!

Thanks for the info on Revo - went ahead and acquired that and uninstalled all IO products. Updated Corsair as well - will see how things go before I do anymore system level / BiOS updates.

Will keep ya'll posted! Really appreciate everyone's insight!
