Hello, my computer has been acting up for the past couple days. It started happening while playing VR and it's getting progressively worse. I cannot play VR games anymore without it crashing up on me.

The BSOD happens at around 15 minutes of playtime (tested only on VRChat only at the moment).

Does not crash while using it normally, only under heavy load with VRChat.

System specs:
i7-11700K (with no overclocks)
RTX 3070 FE (driver 512.59)
4x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 2666MHz (using XMP profile)
750W Antec HCG (around 7 years old)
Samsung 970 EVO 500GB boot drive (freshly installed windows yesterday to help with BSOD, no difference whatsoever.)

Here are the screenshots uploaded on Imgur for memory dumps being read by WhoCrashed:

I can't post the whole MEMORY.DMP because it's around 30GB+ but here are the mini-dumps:

Any help would be appreciated. If you have any specific questions feel free to ask them.

Solution
Crash 5 is GPU drivers
Dump mentions DirectX. Almost everytime I see it, the cause is GPU drivers

how long is/was its warranty period?

I will ask a friend to look at dumps.

Is the ram all one set?
The box mentions a 5 years warranty, so getting it replaced will require purchasing a new one.

Also, for the RAM, yes it’s a full set, 4x8GB. CMK32GX4M4A266

I’m currently in the middle of a MemTest86. I’m at Pass 2 with no errors for the moment. Seems to have passed the Hammer Test from Pass 1 without issues.

I would suggest a new PSU even if its not the cause here, just to be safe.

reinstalling windows and still getting errors shows its not windows (or unlikely to be).

keep running memtest, it might be a while though.

one stick at a time?

I didn’t know it would take this long so I might stop it for now and let it run fully next night. And I don’t know about the test itself I’ve let it do its own thing and it started by itself. Also I forgot to mention my motherboard is a Gigabyte Z590 AORUS PRO AX.

memtest best run overnight, as it can take a while.
You testing one stick at a time? Need to remove the other sticks, or will test all at once. If you got an error then, you can't tell which stick is to blame.
I got recommended by a friend to disable my XMP profile for the RAM and by doing so I was able to play for 2+ hours last night with no BSOD. I'm going to have to test it more obviously. Base clock is 2133MHz compared to 2666MHz from the XMP profile.

And to answer your question, I was testing it with all sticks, but I will be able to try stick by stick (depending on the amount of time it takes).

Do you have newest BIOS?, it might let you use ram at right speed.
How old is PC?
How much ram do you use playing VR?

It seems odd it just starts now, though ram can go bad. I didn't believe it until I saw it here.

btw, waiting on a friend to convert dumps. See if they show anything.
I do not have the latest BIOS version. It'd be a good idea to upgrade it to the latest version. I'll do it tonight.

PC was initially built in 2016, i7-6800k with a GTX 970, same power supply as right now, previously had 4x4GB corsair vengeance LPX 2800mhz RAM with an ASUS X99-A motherboard.

got a RTX 3070 FE in late 2020, new RAM in mid-2021 (the one i'm currently using) and less than a month ago i've upgraded the motherboard, cpu and CPU cooler.

VR, in the case of VRChat, can range from 1-3GB to 12GB (peak amount i've seen pre-formatting the m.2) of RAM depending on what's going on. But so far, without XMP, i've been able to play 3-4 hours today without issues. Still going to be doing the updates and further testings to ensure system stability.

There is a BIOS update available for your system. You are using version F5 and the latest is version F9a. Wait for additional information before deciding to update or not. Important: Verify that I have linked to the correct motherboard. Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

I want to confirm that it is indeed the motherboard I'm currently using to anyone reading this. Also, I was able to play 9 hours of VR today without issues with XMP disabled.

Do you use WIFI or Cable?
they are both Intel anyway so you could run this to update them - https://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html
crash 2 could also be Internet.

For sure the graphics card driver is clean installed and i'm using the latest version so I don't think it'll be an issue anymore.
I'm using Cable for my internet. I got a 10Gbps PCI-E Card (Asus XG-C100C 10G Network Adapter). I can try to update them.
