I purchased my AMD RX 5700 XT from the AMD store a few months ago, but just started to use it yesterday. I ran into issues with it and need your help.
Yesterday I finished building my new ITX build using 3700x, ROG strix X570-I and the 5700 XT reference card in a Dan A4 -sfx v3. When installing graphics card driver I encountered constant BSODs, the error message I received was "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR", and I cannot enter windows afterwards.
I used the newest AMD graphics drivers using "auto-detect and install" feature, the windows 10 I'm using is also running on the latest build 1903. I flashed the motherboard bios to the latest 0404.
Another piece of information I could provide is that I'm using a pcie gen 3 riser for my graphics card, which might have compatibility issues with x570 motherboard and the graphics card. Unfortunately in the bios of my motherboard, there is no way to switch pcie mode from gen 4 to gen 3, so I couldn't test it out.
I'm pretty much stuck here and couldn't do anything with the computer. Feeling very frustrated... Any help would be greatly appreciated !
