CONSTANT BSOD's

I'm constantly having problems with my computer getting BSOD's. It's a brand new computer with Windows freshly installed. I've installed drivers etc.

Most recent BSOD was SYSTEM_CHECK_EXCEPTION

I've also had:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
BAD_POOL_CALLER

Think I've had:
STATUS_IMAGE_CHECKSUM_MISMATCH

Plus more which I can't remember. It's starting to annoy me, and I read that SYSTEM_CHECK_EXCEPTION is a video card problem or the drivers, but I think it may be my ram :/ It's cheap stuff.

Main specs;
AMD Athlon II X3 445
4GB ebuyer value ram
Nvidia GTS450
WD Caviar Blue 500GB
MSI 880G AM3 motherboard

Hardware Acceleration is greyed out.. Can't access it. Don't have PCanywhere. Had another BSOD. nsiproxy.sis

Uninstall anything related to symantec, it turns itself into a strain of malware and damages vital system components usually.

Nothing related to symantec is installed on my computer, I'm on a fresh reformat and install and also have KIS 2011 installed. I could not turn off hardware acceleration, dadiggle.

You believe KIS is causing the BSOD's? What would be a better option than Kaspersky?

Read this just before after a Google search on nsiproxy.sys. Looks like I'm going for MSE. Should I reformat and reinstall yet again, or should that not be a problem?
