I've been played PC games for a while now, and I've run into the same issue.

Ever since I bought my PC 2 years ago, I've had constant CTD with games I play. Some games last a while longer than others, but they all inevitably CTD.
Most recently I bought Kingdom Come: Deliverance. I'm thoroughly enjoying the game but it's started happening again.

All my drivers are updated, my CPU and Graphics card Temp is normal, I've restarted, reinstalled, all the usual stuff.

I checked event viewer, and there are some different reasons for the game crashing.

Please help with this issue, I am beyond frustrated and cant seem to fix!

Welcome to the forums my friend!

Can you please post your entire system spec including PSU make and model.
Are also you running any overclock or XMP at all?
Do you have latest BIOS installed?

Thank you for having me.

BIOS is Sept last year which is the most recent version of the GA-B250M-Gaming 3 Motherboard.
Intel Core i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40 GHz (4 CPU's)
16384MB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
Windows 10 Enterprise version 1803
Cooler Master MWE Bronze 550 (Brand New)

I'll be honest I'm not clear on what overclocking or XMT is so I don't think I've used it. I will endeavor to look into it however.

Thank you for your quick reply.

Just played for about 3 hours without a crash, i thought i was home free. (Updated windows to newest version and went on gigabyte and updated all my drivers)

It just crashed. It's always the same crash too. It freezes, starts for a second then freezes, then CTD. Every time.

You can try some known good 2133 MHz RAM, and, try another known good PSU of sufficient wattage. If no go there, test your GPU in another rig.

(if/when you replace the PSU, do NOT reuse any old modular cables, as assorted PSU manufacturers use different pinouts at PSU side, which, when mixed up, can have disastrous/expensive effects at initial power on)

From what I'm seeing on the net, there's multiple issues with that driver. Some get resolved some don't.
Fixes have included ;
Removing RivaTuner as certificates get blocked prior to version 7.2.2
Do a reinstall of gpu drivers as any major windows update wrecks them, you must do a custom install and check the box for clean install, just an express overwrite does nothing.
Using Windows Update to revamp C++ libraries.

Cool. Does that match the numbers on the SPD tab or it is higher/lower?
Im not really sure what Im looking at, heres the SPD tab - https://ibb.co/59VK1D2
2 of the 4 dimm slots are using different ram - Gskill which is 1066 MHz as opposed to the 1200 GHz. Also shows slightly lower numbers at the bottom of the SPD tab - the CAS# is 15, RAS is 15, tRAS is 35 and tRC 50.

Thanks, I dont use RivaTuner so that isnt a problem. What I did do was use DDU to uninstall NVIDIA drivers and did a clean re install. I'll let you guys know how it goes and if the problem is solved. I wont know until I've played a couple of hours non stop!

Still have crashes. Everytime i check event viewer its "error 1000".

It looks like it is running you RAM at 15s, which SHOULD be ok since you appear to be running you 1200 sticks at 1066. However, it can be a gamble when mixing different speeds of RAM, which is why it's not recommended.

For testing purposes, take out one of the pairs, run your new game, and see if the crashing continues. Repeat the process with the other pair and let us know what happens.

Have done that and will try it now. Let's hope its a fix!

It seems to be in event viewer everytime I get a crash it's caused by error 1000, which is software corruption of some sort, however I can't pinpoint the issue. I did sfc scan and it found errors but couldn't repair them. It told me to check the log file which I did but its far to complicated for me to understand!
