I have a custom built PC and have been looking for a solution to my problem for about 2 weeks now. I can watch Netflix, use the internet, anything for as long as I want. I fire up a game and within 15 minutes it just restarts. No BSOD no error, nothing in event logs, no crash dumps nothing. At first I thought it was my PSU, but I replaced the PSU and it still gets the same problems. Things I have done so far:

-replaced PSU
-reformatted and reinstalled OS (4times)
-ran memtest86 and passed
-changed voltage to my CPU
-changed power settings to turn off the PCIe controller in High performance mode
-ran countless cmd commands to check for corrupted files
-reinstalled all drivers (clean install)
-changed BIOS settings for auto CPU voltage.

I am at a loss here, I would like to get my PC working because I just got Deus Ex Mankind Divided and I can't play >< below is my system specs.

FX-8350 Vishera Black Edition
16 GB PNY DDR3 1600 MHz RAM
MSI 970 Gaming motherboard
RX 480 Sapphire 8GB
Raidmax Thunder V2 750w PSU (replaced with a Thermaltake Tough Power 1000w PSU to test if it was a PSU issue)
Western Digital Blue 1 TB HDD
Windows 8.1 64bit

Thanks in advance for any help.

The system never goes above 60c. I tired a fix some people were saying with this mobo CPU combo of setting the CPU voltage to 1.3875 but the problem persists. Could it be a bad motherboard? This is my second MSI 970, my first one had the NB melt
