Constant Video stutter (downloaded + streaming) [Solved?]

Hello.

I am experiencing constant lag when watching download or streaming videos on my laptop. The image will freeze every 5-7 seconds for maybe half a second but the audio will continue with this problem. I have updated all my video drivers, reformatted windows 10, and my temps are in normal ranges when in use.

Any help would be greatly appreciated u am pulling out my hair over here.

GPU - Intel Core i7--6700HQ @2.60GHZ
CPU - Intel HD Grapics 530
Nvidia GeForce GTX 970M
Ram - 8.00 GB (7.87GB useable)
Os: Windows 10 64bit
Aleinware 17 R3 Laptop

followed all the instructions nothing worked, the system mantience troubleshoot showed no problems.

also ran an eSPA diagnostic and it detected no problems. A HD tune test showed no issues, and i also ran a DEll support assist diagnostics and it showed no problems.

the problem remains this is very fustrating

I downloaded a version of Win 10 from the Microsoft website and did a complete clean install

the problem seems to be fixed for now so thank you for the help
