Hey,
I'm having this issue for some time now,In all games I have above 60fps,but still,I have those weird stuters when I move in the game ususally,I have no idea how to fix it,tried reinstalling windows, reinstalling drivers, nothing had worked.
I'm pretty desperate, and I have a feeling that my gpu is damaged or something,is there any solution??
The stutters are NOT frame drops, they are just stutters while running or just playing.

Okay,I only have 1 stick of 8GB,so that's not the problem.
I don't have a dvi cable, only a dvi adapter for hdmi,I can try it out.
I used dxtory before,it didn't limit my fps in some games, and about the mouse,I can try and borrow from a friend, though I really doubt that's the problem,I have a strong feeling the gpu is failing,so I'll probably contact the store I bought it from and get it replaced, thanks anyway, much appreciated.

Okay guys,I think I found what caused these problems:
The thing is,cs go is not a heavy game at all, that's why my gpu doesn't fail while playing it,but, when I'm playing
heavy games such as Battlefront, the card eventually overheating after 5 min and performs poorly and causes stutters and problems.
I'm calling tomorrow to the store to get it replaced with a new one.

Make sure you ask what your replacement options are if they are out of stock on that model. Some manufacturers swap for more recent models with same price as that one was when purchased, but may be lower on performance.

If that ends up being the case, it may be better to just remove, clean, and reapply TIM to the HS as suggested.

Don't be surprised if they ask what case you're using and how many fans it has though. You really ought to try running the games you're having problems with with the side panel off your case, just to make sure it's not causing the problem.
