Question Constantly lagging out of Rocket League Online Games

Whenever I play rocket league online I just lag out of the game completely and then I can rejoin, but I almost immediately lag out again. It does this almost every game, I have tested my internet and reset my router and that is all good. I checked for updates for windows and my gpu and that didn't change anything. I also uninstalled and then reinstalled rocket league and it lagged out of my first game I played. Any possible solutions to this problem would be appreciated, thanks.

Rocket League is the only multiplayer game I have, I don't really play anything other then Rocket League haha. I never had problems and then it just randomly started doing it the past few days.

Have you checked CPU and GPU temps?

Temps were fine, GPU gets up to a max of 61 degrees Celsius and then I start lagging out again. CPU was at a lower temp than GPU
