Contant disconnect and lag

Hi, recently no matter what game i play every 10-20 seconds everything is just moving in place and then after about 5 seconds it all catches up. My ping is fine fps is good but it still happens. When playing smite characters would run into walls for like 5 seconds then the whole game would catch back up with itself. In CSGO i would constantly get the auto disconnect warning. What could be the problem? Please help out thanks!

start > cmd > type "ping google.com -t" and press enter.
leave it running for 2-5 minutes and check to see if there are times where requests will not be found

Probably try the same thing with another device on the same router, to know whether the problem is in the router or ur PC.
Also will probably ask u to turn the router off for a mintue or two then turn it on.
