Hello , i wanna block websites by analysis of specific keywords in source code, is there any router with this function inside? Thanks

Not any more.

Used to be you would find firewall type devices claiming the could do deep packet inspection etc like you want to do. Problem was a number of governments got caught doing that.
All traffic is mostly now encrypted with HTTPS to prevent the government and you from seeing what is going on. At best you will see the IP address of the site they using but that also does not mean a lot anymore. You will just find the IP maps back to one of the large cloud data centers at say google or cloudflare or many others.
It is not uncommon for server to share IP addresses and for servers to actually be on multiple IP at the same time.

If you want to create a full SSL proxy and force all devices to use that proxy, then you can overcome the limitation that @bill001g mentioned above. This is how large businesses are able to monitor traffic. It is not simple or practical for home users. Small businesses could do it, but it is not trivial.
