[citation][nom]max collodi[/nom]For those of you wondering why this contest is USA only and why RI is excluded here is a brief explanation.http://www.howstuffworks.com/question541.htmMax[/citation]

Thanks! I was always wondering why we were excluded (RI resident).
I understand now why Tom's does this. It's more disturbing that our state would impose such a ludicrous law. All this is going to do is prevent businesses from promoting their product in our state.....
That's what we need....less business....morons.
And for what? The chance to impose a nominal fee/fine.......really?

Get ready for more ludicrous taxes and business killing legislation from the idiots running Washington right now. But it's pretty funny - my earlier comment about mindless government horse sh!t red tape and bureaucratic regulations wasn't too far off the mark after all and I meant it to be semi-sarcastic. Figures.

[citation][nom]godwhomismike[/nom]...but all my money right now is going towards redoing a bathroom and insulating a basement. The joys of adulthood.[/citation]

i read this as insulting a basement. funnier that way.

"I challenge you to a dual!"

Then I shall challenge you to a spelling bee!

Tipoo, I used to think that Canada ought to be bombed on general principles for being so smug.

However, since pretty much everything that passes for science fiction on American television is filmed in Vancouver, and since Canada is the home of the glory that is Amanda Tapping, the bombers will stay resting in their hangars.

Besides, as someone else has pointed out, American paperwork is bad enough. EU paperwork consists of the worst bureaucracy of each of its members, made worse by being filtered through several committees. Just wait another year or two- the US is rapidly becoming EU West.
