Context menu takes a long time to appear

So recently I just found this weird thing where Context menu would take a while maybe around 5-10 seconds to load but this would only happen if I right click one of the nvidia driver installation files it doesn't do this with any other file and I think this happened because i DDU'd my nvidia driver but I'm not sure has anyone else experienced this?
I am on windows 10 creators update

Can you please try moving the file to a different drive and see if that helps?

You can also try Defragmenting the Drive to check if the issue is resolved.

My main drive is an SSD so I cant defrag that I tried moving it to a different drive and it still happens
