Continuous driver issues

I've had a series of issues happen with my new build of about 2 months. These have been the recurring issues so far:

(these were all bsod errors)
- thread stuck in device driver
- bad pool caller
- video tdr failure

also for my gpu, i've gotten error code 43 when its not working properly and there has be no bsod error.

My current build consists of:

Motherboard - MSI X470 Gaming Plus
CPU - Ryzen 5 2600X
RAM - G.skill Ripjaws 8GB (2 x 4) DDR4-300
PSU - Corsair Gaming 600W 80+
GPU - Radeon RX 580 8GB
SSD - ADATA 128GB
Monitor - Asus VG275Q

All of these issues have a common thread which is drivers. I've booted in safe mode, used DDU to get rid of a problematic driver and installed new ones. I've made sure all my drivers are up to date. I finally decided to just clean install windows and it fixed the issue for about a week but then it came back. I'm somewhat of a loss now. Currently I'm experiencing an issue with my pc hanging on the motherboard splash screen. Usually I can restart enough times or boot in safe mode THEN restart from there, and it'll fix itself only for it to show up again hours later. I would LOVE some help so if any of you can think of anything, please let me know.

Assuming you're on Windows 10, try and run a repair install and see if the issue persists. I'm also wondering if changing the PSU would result in a better experience.
