continuous long beep after I changed my frequency of ram in bios

I changed my bios setting of RAM frequency from 800mhz to 1066mhz after that doesn't boot and giving a long continuous beep
I removed my ram reinserted but nothing happened.

Reset the cmos and read up more on ocing your ram before just throwing numbers at it 😉

Yes. I tried removing CMOS battery and reinserted after 15 min and it works fine and that's best solution.
