Question Continuously Getting BSoD and Memory Related errors

Whenever I try to launch Rainbow Six Siege and other highly intensive games, I get a BSoD PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. Along with this, there is no specific driver or fault listed on the BSoD. Also, if I plug in an Xbox One controller through USB, the computer will near instantly crash. I only noticed this starting a couple of days ago, and the system has degraded more and more since then. I've only had the system for just under 2 months. I've also noticed a large amount of slowdown in boot time and general system performance, with apps and programs taking longer to load than before.

Other BSoDs that I've got over the period of a couple of days.
• IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
• WIN32K_SECURITY_FAILURE

The first bluescreen I got was related to trying to stream for the first time through Streamlabs OBS and the system crashed soon after I tried to launch the stream.

These are the tests that I've tried already:
  1. Windows Memory Test (found nothing)
  2. Chkdsk (found nothing)
  3. SFC scan (found nothing)
  4. Uninstalling and reinstalling Xbox One Controller drivers, Graphics Card drivers and USB root drivers.
  5. Reinstalling Windows 10 through the native "Reset my PC" feature (failed).
  6. Creating a Windows Boot Drive through the ISO media creation tool (failed x2).
System Specs:
• AMD Ryzen 5 2600
• Gigabyte B450 Elite Motherboard
• 8x2 Corsair Vengeance 3000mHz @3000mHZ
• 512 GB Intel 660p SSD
• 2TB Seagate Barracuda HDD
• MSI Ventus 2060 OC
• Corsair CX550M PSU

Running latest BIOS update and Windows 1809 (not sure what the exact version is as I'm not at my home PC right now).

Event Viewer doesn't show any helpful errors about the crash, other than the fact that the system unexpectedly shut down. At this time, my next option is going to be trying to reformat my SSD and clean install Windows, but if someone can inform me how to make a minidump I will do that once I can get home. If this doesn't work I'm scared that I may have a complete SSD or RAM failure.

UPDATE: I'm back at home and trying to fix my PC again. I've tested the RAM sticks by moving what slots they're in. I tried running with only one stick for both sticks and running in slots 2 and 4 instead of 1 and 3. Nothing fixed the issue. I'm now going to reset Windows to attempt to fix the error. If that doesn't work I suspect the issue to be either my MOBO or my SSD
