Control Fans on a GA-H270N-WIFI motherboard?

How can I adjust my fan speeds on the GA-H270N-WIFI motherboard? I have tried SpeedFan and it only shows temps and does not detect the fans and Gigabytes software System Information Viewer just crashes when I try and open it. I have Noctua NF-P14s redux-1500 PWM 78.7 CFM 140mm case fan and Noctua NH-L9i 33.8 CFM CPU Cooler.

Did you installed App Center before SIV? But anyway SIV just sucks, it didn't work as it should for me. Best way is to set up things in BIOS (Smart Fan Settings in MIT screen)
