Hi,
I want to use the Control+Shift+S in an app because it s the shortcut for saveAll but when I press this combination, I have a weird red corner showing up. I think it s some sort of snapshot tool from windows. How do I disable it?
Thanks

Solution
that is not a windows shortcut I am aware of and I just looked. must make photoshop a pain to use.
do you have a HP laptop or computer? I have heard that is a shortcut they (hp) employ in their software.
in Firefox it bring up the developers menu.

I had the same problem. It turned out that it was Mouse without Borders. Its screen capture feature was linked to that shortcut.

Here is how to fix it:

    ■ Right-click on the Mouse without Borders icon in your system tray.
    ■ Click on Settings
    ■ When the settings window loads, click on the "Other Options" tab.
    ■ Find "Custom screen capture, Ctrl+Shift+:" at the bottom of the window.
    ■ Set the key in the associated DropDown to another key than "S". Or set it to Disable.
    ■ Close the Settings Window (Although it is immediately changed.)
