How to convert 3g USB dongle to wifi usb adapter so that it can be used for connecting a desktop to WiFi router

if it is a 3G wireless telephone system dongle ,then the answer is you cannot convert a 3G wireless telephonic device to do 2.4GHZ/5GHZ wireless signal (Wi-Fi), its not the same band of wireless communications, and would require at the very least a new board and chip.... just get a usb stick wireless device and plug it in desk top. they barely cost 25$
