yesterday i tried to make my OS disk C bigger - this disk was split into C for OS and D - later i added disk A for the games.
so i took some space from disk D - and made Unallocated disk.
so it went like this :
C (with OS), D and Unallocated -
so i couldnt make Unallocated part of disk C as it wasnt between C and D...
so stupid me read that i must convert my disk to Dynamic.... and i did...
next when i turned on my pc, i got bootmgr missing -
so i fixed that too by windows repair and cmd via USB...
my system is up, but i want to convert my disk back to BASIC.

any ideas how to do it without CD?

There are programs which can move D partition forward, making free space adjacent to C: drive. While these apps claim to be "safe", you better make a backup.

There's no way (without wiping and reinstalling) to change the druve back to "Basic", and there's no need to.
