sephmeister - The 256 gig m4 that is on sale (Ends todate) does not come with a transfer kit.
While I agree with Area51 that a Clean install is best when going from a HDD -> SSD, You could try EasyUS which does a good job transfering the OS from a HDD->SSD.

BEFORE transfering from HDD-> SSD verify that the Windows 7 was installed with the HDD set to AHCI. If it was installed under IDE you will need to COVERT it to AHCI FIRST!!!

You can let microsoft fix it, or manually do it. The heading is what hapens if you change bios to ahci (if was set to IDE) and try to boot WITHOUT first modifing the registry.
REPEAT: Clean install is always best option. (1) disconnect HDD before installing win 7 on SSD and (2) verify Bios set to AHCI!!
